Everything was just fantastic. Being a Hotelier myself, I keep an eye on how things are, sort of an attention to detail, but Centro Olaya exceeded all my expectations. For the price I paid, everything was super. I was great my Salih (you're the man, man!). Such a polite, humble, friendly person. I spoke quite a bit actually and he assisted me and my father during the check-in process. The room was super clean. All amenities were available. HK did a fantastic job and was very quick! Breakfast had multiple options. Certainly offered way too many options for the per-head price. Next day I met Njoud at the front desk. She assisted my very professionally with my inquiry and knew all the answers to the questions I had. Smeet (I hope I'm getting her name right!) assisted us during our check-out process and completed it within seconds! All in all, me and my father enjoyed our 3 day stay at Centro Olaya. Next time I'm back in Riyadh, definitely staying here! Thanks, team!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to Riyadh, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, which I really appreciated. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s very close to The Globe restaurant, which made things super convenient. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed spending some time there. The staff were quite friendly and helpful as well. I’d say it was definitely worth staying here for a short trip. If I could change one thing, it would be to have breakfast included in the price. That would have made the stay even better.

All the people at the Hotel are prompt and attentive - From the time of check-in, in-room dining, room-boys to check-out, all included. In-house dining experience was good. Fresh and tasty. The waiting time was about 40 minutes. Just a thought 1- Dental kit/ shaving kit/ slipper/ robe - these need could be checked out at check-in and provided immediately. This did not affect the quality of attention/ service in any way. These were provided immediately on request. 2- Consider having some more variety of teas to choose from - Green; Mint; Hibiscus, whatever ( I enjoy my tea, and a lot of it)

The cleanliness of the place is near to almost everything i needed and to go to.The staff are all.polite and attentive startimg from.the receptionist and housekeeping.Specially to the chef and waiter Hanash actually all from the restaurant and the.housekeeping assignes to 1st floor.
